The SEBI circular on digital accessibility for persons with disabilities (PwD) mandates all regulated entities — including AMCs, brokers, banks, and exchanges — to ensure their digital assets are compliant with WCAG 2.1, GIGW, IS 17802, and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act.
